Stephanie Künzli Ycaza

What does a year in the life of a Live Wedding Painter look like? In 2026, my easel travelled to 22 weddings across Switzerland, Italy and France. I created 13 live oil paintings and hundreds of guest illustrations in breathtaking locations – from Swiss mountains and castles to the Amalfi Coast. Here’s a look behind the scenes of an unforgettable wedding season filled with art, travel, beautiful encounters and countless love stories.

Kuenzli Wedding Art is growing! Meet Natalia, our new Live Event Illustrator joining Stephanie at weddings, corporate events and special celebrations across Switzerland. With two artists working side by side, we can create more personalised guest portraits while keeping every illustration unique and personal. After a wonderful first corporate event together with J.P. Morgan, we’re excited for the upcoming Christmas event season.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management invited us to bring Live Illustration to an elegant corporate evening at The Dolder Grand in Zurich. Guests and speakers received personalised black-and-white portraits with a subtle touch of colour. As corporate enquiries continue to grow, we’re excited to offer Live Guest Illustration for company events, client dinners, brand activations and Christmas parties across Switzerland and internationally.
